I think I may have found my people...

After five days at Apple, I'm feeling very at home and hoping that this turns into a full-time opportunity [read: "Apple, please hire me!"] The folks are great and the atmosphere is too and it just feels right up my alley. As it always goes with new jobs, the ramp up this week has been a little slow, but the overwhelmingly positive attitude of the Applers around makes it even comfortable to just hang out and learn some stuff without feeling pressured. It's really that fun. Crazy.

This weekend I have assigned myself the responsibility to explore San Jose a bit and also make a visit to San Francisco. I'll be visiting cous Shira in the city and also meeting with some other interns from work. So far I only know the drive from home to work (which has every type of store available, from nail places to grocery stores to a HC Dumplings shop- thanks to the ethnic makeup of California and strip malls) but I will attempt to expand my geographical knowledge a bit since the idea is to stay here.

Nothing else exciting to share with everyone. Ollie's shedding a lot. My roomies are cool. Having fun.
