religious benchmarks and the rest...

Some things come and go each year and mark important events- this year Passover marks a turning point for me; am wrapping up a big school project and also about to embark on my move out to the Bay Area where I will be amongst the expensive housing and techies. This weekend was really quite amazing in Ann Arbor - sunny and 70, the graduating MBA's threw a send-off at the dilapidated bus with outdoor music and several kegs. Really, it's a last hurrah to the kind of partying one can only do at a big10 school.

Spring has arrived in Ann Arbor, and I opened my shades yesterday to a bright yellow bush smiling in at me through my window. All the trees are beginning to blossom and things smell good. Also, it's been raining and that earthy summer smell is back.

Spring and fall seem to be the benchmarks for me; this is the time when I always make the BIG decisions in life, which have bode me well. I have been playing a lot of guitar, and catching up with old friends. More soon.

Oh, and I most closely resemble Princess Leia, according to this quiz: http://www.tk421.net/character/
